On a mission to promote lifelong learning, this department creates informal knowledge-sharing opportunities through its community programming, builds structured developmental opportunities with educational institutions, and hosts and coordinates international academic conferences and workshops. With a focus on youth development, this department also coordinates structured internships, as well as the Junior Curators, Heritage Champions, Lil Heritage Champs, and Wee Heritage Champions programmes.
