‼Competition Rules – Costume design competition‼

1. Designs (concept drawings or photos of a prototype costume) must be submitted to educate@barbmuse.org.bb by midnight June 30th 2024 to be eligible

2. An artist’s statement explaining the concept of the design and how it is linked to our history, heritage and/or culture must be submitted along with the design.

3. The designer must be willing to have their design shared on the Museum’s social media and other public awareness platforms

4. The design must be the designer's own design for which they have fully copyrighted and not designed by someone else

5. Groups and pairs are welcome to submit as teams but a lead designer must be identified to speak on behalf of the group

6. Designers by submission of their designs consent to be interviewed regarding their design concept and to have such interviews shared across the social media and public awareness platforms of the Museum and the competition’s sponsors
